Tournament Terms & Conditions
1. Booking & Registration
• All participants must complete the online registration form accurately and provide all required details.
• Registration is only confirmed once full payment has been received.
2. Payment
• Full payment is required to secure a place in the tournament.
• Payments are non-refundable, except in the event of tournament cancellation by the organisers.
3. Tournament Format
• The format, schedule, and rules will be communicated prior to the event.
• The organisers reserve the right to modify the format or rules if necessary.
4. Participant Eligibility
• All participants must meet the eligibility criteria set by the organisers.
• The organisers may disqualify any participant who does not meet these criteria.
5. Cancellation & Refunds
• If the tournament is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued.
• No refunds will be given for withdrawals or no-shows.
6. Code of Conduct
• Participants must behave in a respectful and sportsmanlike manner at all times.
• Inappropriate behaviour may result in disqualification without refund.
7. Weather Conditions
• The tournament will proceed in varied weather conditions, unless deemed unsafe.
• In case of cancellation due to weather, organisers will provide rescheduling or refund options.
8. Liability
• Participants accept all risks associated with playing in the tournament.
• The organisers are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to participants or their property.
9. Photography & Media
• By entering, participants consent to the use of photos or videos for promotional purposes.
10. Miscellaneous
• The organisers may update these terms without prior notice.
• Participants are responsible for understanding and following all tournament rules.
• Food is not included in the entry fee for this 18-hole competition.
