Conditions of Entry
1. All players must be amateur members of a golf club affiliated to the Staffordshire Union of Golf Clubs.
2. Players must provide a valid WHS Handicap Index and CDH number at entry.
3. Entry must be completed via the official online registration form.
4. Entry is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.
5. Entries close 3 weeks prior to the event, or earlier if the field is full.
6. In the event of oversubscription, entries will be accepted based on lowest Handicap Index.
